Super Tuesday: Vote Barack Obama

I’m a Libertarian living in California. And since the Democratic primary here is closed to people registered to other parties, I won’t personally be able to vote for Barack Obama on Super Tuesday. But if you’re voting tomorrow, I’d like to sway your vote towards Obama, who I think is the best of the “electable” candidates on offer this time around, and who has captured peoples’ imagination like no other candidate in quite some time.

So did you vote for Ron Paul?

  2. Ironwolf Says:

If Ron Paul were running as a Libertarian, or if the Republicans had an open primary, I probably would have voted for him.

As a fellow libertarian, I find it mind-boggling that you could endorse such a socialist as Obama. Have you read about his Global Poverty Bill to rape $845 billion out of taxpayers money to give to the UN to do as they see fit, distributing wealth across the world? How about his endorsement of faith-based initiatives?

If anything, we don’t need people making the federal government just bigger and bigger, because that’s how dictators, theocracy and economic ruin will come to this country, on the back of socialism.

    Carlton,

I’m not endorsing Obama as an ideal Libertarian candidate. I am endorsing him as an electable candidate that I see as the lesser of two evils. I voted for Kubby in the California Libertarian primary.
