Satanists issued a broad apology today for falling behind on their Doomsday predictions for June 6, 2006, a date that will be written as 6/6/6 on many calendars. Satanist leader, Evil Lord Scott Williams, issued the apology amid rumors that the date had been forgotten by Satanist goups altogether.
“We know it’s coming,” stated Williams, “we just really got behind with the whole millenium prediction in 1999, the Pat Buchanan campaign in 2000, and of course, the stock market collapse.” the Evil Lord states. “The downside of that last part, which we didn’t really think through or see coming, was that our funding just dried up.”

It is just a day, but I do believe the end is near, in the Bible, prophecies are coming true and crap like that i’ve noticed, and now boats are dissapearing in the waters. The world will end soon, but not on 6/6/06. It could be within the next 50 years but it is happening. Wow. As the owner of this blog, I must say I’m surprised how many people have taken a moment to respond— the idea of any particular sequence of numbers being metaphysically significant in any way is really quite unbelievable, so it still shocks me to realize how many people are superstitious. To all the kids who have found this thread, thanks for visiting my blog! I want you to know, in case you haven’t figured it out yet, that the original article I linked to was satire that makes fun of people who are superstitious enough to believe that the world has any chance of ending on any particular date known in advance, and also makes fun of anyone stupid enough to think they have a chance of helping bring that end of the world about.
It’s just not gonna happen, folks. So you 14 year-olds can rest easy that if the world ends it’s much more likely to be due to the steady and short-sighted fouling of our environmental nests in which humans continue to engage. In other words, you should be more worried about your childrens’ future than your own.
When I was a kid, it was nightmares of all-out nuclear war that woke me in a cold sweat. That scenario doesn’t seem very likely any more, but the idea that Satanists, or even religious extremists of the white light variety are going to bring about some kind of global collapse are, and have always been, extremely implausible.
So relax… then look at the big picture and strive to make the world better… for the sake of the kids you will some day raise.

I didnt think that anything was gonna happen on 6/6/06. But I had a dream… and it wasn’t a good one. People say that I have been blessed with this gift to see things that most don’t. Usually before something happens I have a dream about it three days before… and guess what… Last night I dreamt about something happening on 6/6/06. Now I don’t know what to believe.
