The big news is that the IRS is investigating Weinland (I hope Mike’s report is accurate) and that Ron The Con will be transformed before our eyes into Ron The Convict.

Weinland has been stressing the importance of tithing, and for his followers not question where their tithes are being allocated.

He has been browbeating his members not to grumble or express any dissatisfaction with his “divinely inspired” leadership -- even though he is leading them off a cliff like a bunch of Lemmings.

I think that’s it in a nutshell.

I am pretty sure that Ron was hoping that his last hurah at the Red Sea would bring the divine revelation he had always hoped for.  Sort of like a drug addicts last triumphant high before going into rehab.  Only thing is Ron doesn't want to go to rehab (Prison) quite yet. 
What is really scary is what Ron could do in Prison.  He wouldn't end up in a prison full of violent criminals.  Instead, he would be in contact with a group that is looking for something to pass the time.  That is when he could wreak more havic and mayhem than ever before.  It would start with a couple of convicts that would get their family to buy in to his forgiveness bullshit and then we have ourselves a new book.  2012 God's Final Account of the Final Witness.

Oh, yes.  It's accurate.  I wouldn't put something like this out there without being very sure.

But this part we don't know.  If that's what it takes to shut down his religious con game, I sure hope it turns out that way.

WoW!  This is news!  I hope his daughter doesn't somehow get into trouble though...trust me...if her dad is pounding his fist telling her to write a check or shift money here or there......she isn't gonna NOT DO IT!!!

That's what I was wondering.... if he'd let her take the fall so that he could continue his "job" as the end-time witness.  I would find it hard to believe that any parent could let their child take the fall for something the parent did, but I guess there are all types.... If that were to occur it would certainly leave no doubt as to his character.

I bet Weinland doesn't even have any Swiss bank accounts in his name or in the church's name. Since, his son is in Germany, it probably make perfect sense to have his son establish many accounts with the money throughout Europe in his name.  Keep the money in the family.  This wouldn't surprise me.

That's basically pretty much it. Oh and I have my own take on Thiel's musings. I wonder if Weinland really was reading from the gnostic gospels? (Hey, the STP referred to the gospel of Barnabas almost exclusively.) That, more than anything else, would go a looooooooooong way towards raising red flags with members brought in from "the scattered church"; in Armstrongist theology, Gnosticism was equated with the Simon Magus parable from the NT. In other words, absolutely, completely, 150% evil.

I found out some troubling news the other day.  This may already be known, but I haven't seen it posted on the board.  Since there is no FOT this year for the most part, where do you think all that 2T money goes?  That's right, it goes to the same place 1T goes.  Into the hands of RW to blow on google ads, plane tickets, hotels, or whatever else he wants to do with it.
So now our friends and family aren't just blowing 10% of their income on RW and 10% on a week long vacation/shopping trip in Kentucky, they are blowing all 20% on this nonsense.

Actually, ILFPRW is allowing the sheeple to keep 1/4th of their 2T.  How generous of him.  But the rest needs to be sent in to HQ right away, every payday.

The False Prophet is going to Redeux the timeline starting in Hawaii on September 30, then flying straight to Australia for Atonement, then to NZ for the 1st part of FoT & back to .au for the 2nd half.  After that, who knows?  Wouldn't surprise me if he extends his world tour indefinitely,  not returning to the US.
